🎄 North Pole Magic | Christmas Photo Sessions 🎁 Step into a world of wonder and nostalgia with our enchanting Christmas photo sessions at the North Pole Post. Surrounded by twinkling lights, snow-dusted cobblestones, and timeless Christmas charm, little ones are transported into a storybook scene full of festive magic. Dressed in vintage-inspired velvet dresses and classic holiday outfits, the children pose in front of a beautifully detailed backdrop featuring red bicycles, ribbon-tied presents, and Santa’s bustling post office. With snowfall gently falling around them and cozy props like antique prams, every moment is filled with warmth, joy, and the timeless spirit of Christmas. Whether it’s sweet sibling hugs, the sparkle of anticipation in their eyes, or the playful elegance of a little one in a puffed-sleeve holiday dress, each image captures the magic of childhood and the memories we hold dear during the most wonderful time of the year. Some outfits are provided for sessions but this will need to be communicated before the session to make sure that I am able to accommodate for the sixes needed. Otherwise I can help with choosing outfits. This session includes: - An up to 30 minute session. - 5 Digital images and online gallery. - Use of the client wardrobe. - All props provided.
Cancellation Policy
🔒 Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Your date and time are confirmed once payment has been received. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our policy simple and fair: • Cancellations: Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the session will result in the full session fee being forfeited. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled (see below). If Lillian’s Lens Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given. Reschedules requested within 72 hours of the booking are not permitted. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability. • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to accommodate other bookings. • Weather: For outdoor shoots, if conditions are unsuitable, we will contact you to rearrange to the next available date at no extra cost. Client safety and image quality will always come first. ⸻ 🔒 Privacy & Data Protection Policy Your privacy is important to us. We comply with UK GDPR and treat all information with care. • Information Collected: We collect your name, contact details, and session information when you book. Payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. • Use of Data: Your information is used solely to confirm and manage your booking, send updates or reminders, deliver images, and maintain communication about your session. • Photography Use: Images may be used for marketing, portfolio, or social media only with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. • Data Storage: All personal information and images are securely stored and never shared with third parties, except where needed to deliver your service (e.g., gallery or printing providers).
